Babel Pico (made by Cuboro in Switzerland) is a challenging, very well-designed strategy game for two players. Each player starts with twelve elements, or half of each of the five element types in different colours. The players take turns placing the cubes in such a way that there is always a square level of 2 x 2 cubes. The aim of the game is to prevent further tower construction by forcing a situation which makes it impossible for the opponent to place more elements. Once you play, you'll be hooked! The elements are made of a novel kind of plastic consisting mostly of renewable primary products. The handy size (3 cm edge length) makes is easy to take the game along wherever you go.
